We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support a client operating within the legal and secured lending/financial services sector. This role plays a key part in processing and maintaining records related to asset registrations and financial interests under regulated systems.
You will be working with highly sensitive legal and financial documentation, requiring strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to strict processes. Skills and Qualifications
- You will have previous experience in data entry or administrative roles involving high-volume data processing.
- You will have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- You will have experience working with confidential or sensitive information.
- You will have strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
- You will have the ability to work in a structured, distraction-free environment with minimal supervision.
- You will have reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Additional Details
- Hours: Part-time (approx. 22.5 hours/week), rotating shifts within 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday
- Compensation: $19/hour
- Work Environment: Fully on-site, no parking available (TTC accessible)
