About the Opportunity
Our client, a large and well-established organization in the retail sector, is seeking a Technology Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across store environments. This role plays a critical part in delivering technology solutions that support store relays, renovations, and infrastructure refreshes, directly influencing day-to-day operations and customer experience.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including construction, operations, and technology, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery. This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex, multi-stream projects and make a visible impact in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects supporting store relays, renovations, and refresh initiatives
• You’ll coordinate across construction, operations, and technical teams to align project timelines and deliverables
• You’ll manage budgets, track financials, and proactively address variances to ensure project success
• You’ll oversee procurement, delivery, and installation of hardware and network infrastructure
• You’ll facilitate daily standups, manage vendors, and provide consistent stakeholder communication and reporting
• You’ll ensure store readiness while minimizing disruption during implementation phases
• You’ll validate installations, confirm system functionality, and manage project close-out activities
Skills and Qualifications
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in technology or infrastructure project management
• Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking
• Strong understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts and best practices
• Experience coordinating multi-stream deployments and working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• PMP or CAPM certification is considered an asset
• Retail industry experience is a strong asset
