About the Role
In this position, you will act as a Team Lead, providing
site security while exercising leadership authority over a team of
approximately three security guards. You will support daily operations by
coordinating activities on shift, ensuring procedures are followed, and serving
as a point of contact for frontline decision‑making.
This role requires demonstrated leadership capability,
strong customer service skills, and a minimum of one year of security
experience in Canada. The position is physically active and involves extensive
walking and routine patrols. You will regularly use computers, mobile
applications, and two‑way radios to support communication, reporting, and
operational efficiency.
