Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Ottawa, Ontario (Hybrid, 1 day onsite currently). Starting September 1st, 2026, everyone will be required to work 2 days a week in the office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)

About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity to lead high-impact, multi-stream initiatives within a nationally significant healthcare organization. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering programs that support medical assessment and contribute to the strength of Canada’s healthcare system.
Working closely with senior leadership, product owners, and cross-functional teams, you will drive the execution of complex projects from planning through delivery. This role offers a unique blend of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership, with meaningful collaboration across internal teams and external partners.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll lead and coordinate multiple interrelated projects aligned to strategic priorities
- In this role, you’ll manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams, vendors, and external partners
- You’ll develop and maintain key project artifacts including roadmaps, risk registers, and integrated plans
- You’ll facilitate governance through steering committees and project team meetings
- You’ll ensure smooth transition of delivered solutions into sustainable operations
Skills and Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in project and program management
- Experience delivering complex initiatives in private sector healthcare environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
- Proficiency with project tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar
- Experience with change management and matrix team environments
