As an Bilingual Operations Support Representative, you will contribute to essential back-office functions that directly impact customer experience and operational efficiency.
You will collaborate with teams across customer advocacy, collections, and lease-end operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and accurately. Your attention to detail and commitment to service will help support customers through important financial and administrative milestones.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll process inbound and outbound documentation, including lien letters, release letters, and customer correspondence
- In this role, you’ll prepare and send repossession notices and support auction documentation for vehicle sales
- You’ll manage total loss files, including proofs of claim and follow-ups for bankruptcy-related documentation
- You’ll ensure lease and retail contracts are properly registered under provincial PPSA requirements
- You’ll support lease transfers, refinancing documentation, and related contract updates
- You’ll assist with insurance processing, including cancellations and related administrative tasks
Skills and Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of administrative or operations support experience
- Bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma required, post-secondary education considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
