About the Opportunity
Our client, a national not-for-profit association, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Office of the President. This is a critical role at the heart of a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your work will directly support senior leadership and national committees.
Working closely with the President and executive team, you will play a central role in ensuring seamless operations, managing priorities, and supporting key governance activities. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage the President’s and Vice-Presidents’ calendars, inboxes, and correspondence, ensuring priorities are aligned and deadlines are met
• In this role, you’ll coordinate travel logistics, accommodations, and expense reporting for senior leadership
• You’ll lead the planning and execution of committee meetings, including materials preparation and on-site logistics
• You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to organize national events, including the Annual General Meeting
• You’ll support administrative staff, contributing to onboarding and ongoing coordination
• You’ll act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and follow-through
Skills and Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role
• Fluency in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related field is preferred
