About the Opportunity
Our client, a large and complex public sector organization, is seeking a detail-oriented HR Project Analyst to support the delivery of transformational HR initiatives. This role plays a key part in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and with measurable impact.
You’ll work closely with HR and IT teams, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to analyze processes, support system implementations, and drive continuous improvement. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support end-to-end project delivery, from scoping and requirements gathering through to testing and implementation
• You’ll analyze and map business processes, workflows, and data requirements to inform system design
• You’ll develop and execute test cases, supporting system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure quality outcomes
• You’ll collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and support successful integrations
• You’ll create user guides, training materials, and facilitate workshops to support adoption of new systems and processes
• You’ll monitor post-implementation performance, track KPIs, and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of progressive experience in HR project delivery and business analysis
• Experience working with HRIS platforms and analytics tools, ideally Oracle or ServiceNow
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proven experience developing project artifacts such as BRDs, UAT plans, and project schedules
• Solid understanding of business process mapping and system implementation practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Visio, and Project
