Your Responsibilities
- You’ll coordinate and support all stages of the procurement lifecycle, from planning through to contract implementation
- In this role, you’ll prepare and review business cases, approval documents, tenders, and correspondence
- You’ll lead low-value procurements and support second-stage procurement processes under senior guidance
- You’ll maintain and update contract lists, workflows, and procurement systems with a high degree of accuracy
- You’ll gather and analyze data to support reporting requirements and procurement metrics
- In this role, you’ll liaise with internal teams, legal counsel, and external stakeholders to obtain approvals and support procurement initiatives
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, project coordination, or administrative support
- Working knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and best practices
- Experience with Vendor of Record arrangements and second-stage procurement is considered an asset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret procurement requirements and approval processes
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
