Now Hiring: Interior Door Machinist! Agilus is recruiting for an Interior Door Machinist in the Door Manufacturing Industry in Moncton, New Brunswick. We are looking for a reliable, physically fit individual to machine and assemble interior prehung doors on behalf of our client. This role focuses on preparing door slabs and assembling complete prehung door units for residential projects. A second team member will assist with door picking and material staging to support production flow. This is a hands-on shop position ideal for someone with woodworking, millwork, or door shop experience. We provide: $18.00 hourly Schedule: Monday- Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm Weekly pay, including 4% vacation pay Responsibilities: Machine interior door slabs to create prehung units Rout hinge pockets in door slabs and jambs Bore lockset and latch holes Trim and prep doors for proper fit and swing Assemble door slabs into jambs and check clearances Make final adjustments to ensure smooth operation Work with a door picker who stages doors and materials Safely lift, move, and stage completed prehung doors Requirements: Experience with interior doors, millwork, or woodworking (preferred) Previous experience with routers, drills, saws, and door machining equipment Strong attention to detail and measurements Ability to work independently and as part of a small shop team Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Must be physically fit and have the ability to lift and carry 60 lbs or more regularly Comfortable standing and working on feet for extended periods Must have clean criminal record This posting is for an active opening.
