About the Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a highly technical, program-driven environment supporting complex customer operations across North America. You will be the on-site leader in Cornwall, guiding a multidisciplinary team while ensuring strong alignment between local execution and senior leadership priorities.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping program success, strengthening customer relationships, and driving operational excellence. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders in a setting where precision, collaboration, and long-term partnership development are critical to success.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll lead on-site operations, providing day-to-day direction and oversight to a multidisciplinary technical team
• You’ll manage stakeholder relationships and act as the primary liaison between local teams and senior leadership
• You’ll oversee program execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedules, budgets, and customer expectations
• You’ll support business development activities, including proposals, customer meetings, and relationship building
• You’ll drive process improvements to strengthen consistency, reporting, and delivery standards

Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience in a technical environment
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and external customers
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification considered an asset
