Your Responsibilities
- You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels, ensuring a seamless hiring experience from intake to offer
- You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategies, align on priorities, and provide market insights
- You’ll act as a trusted advisor, challenging assumptions and guiding hiring managers toward strong, data-informed decisions
- You’ll proactively build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and creative outreach
- You’ll deliver a structured and efficient interview process, ensuring a high-quality and engaging candidate experience
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, international environments, either in-house or agency
- Proven ability to hire across multiple business functions with agility and strong business acumen
- Advanced sourcing expertise, including boolean search and proactive talent engagement strategies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence influencing senior leaders
- Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and leveraging data to drive hiring decisions
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
