Our client, a respected organization in the healthcare and research sector, is seeking a Project Manager to play a central role in delivering complex, high-impact initiatives. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead the planning and onboarding of projects, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and key milestones
• You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on deliverables, risks, and priorities
• In this role, you’ll monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and recommend solutions to keep initiatives on track
• You’ll facilitate meetings, communicate updates to stakeholders, and maintain clear documentation across project lifecycles
• You’ll support continuous improvement by capturing learnings and optimizing project processes and tools
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in project management, with a PMP certification preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or similar platforms
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to identify risks, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in healthcare, research, or a related sector is an asset
