As a Talent Acquisition Partner, the role focuses on delivering high-quality, strategic recruitment while building sustainable talent pipelines in a competitive hiring landscape.
Working closely with hiring leaders, HR partners, and a global talent acquisition team, this role will play a key part in shaping recruitment strategy, enhancing candidate experience, and driving innovation across sourcing and employer branding initiatives. The position offers a balance of hands-on delivery and strategic influence within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

You will collaborate with a global TA function on initiatives such as diversity and inclusion, employer branding, and process improvement, while developing your expertise in strategic sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven recruitment.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and candidate management across multiple roles
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using a variety of channels including social media, referrals, and direct outreach
- Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights, candidate assessment, and guidance throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate networks to support current and future hiring needs
- Enhance candidate experience through consistent communication and engagement
- Utilize recruitment systems such as Workday to track data and inform sourcing strategies
- Analyze recruitment data, including market trends and attrition, to provide insights to leadership
- Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives related to process improvement, DEI, employer branding, and social media
Skills and Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment, ideally within financial or professional services
- Proven experience recruiting within the Toronto market
- Experience supporting North American hiring, particularly U.S. recruitment, is an asset
- Strong sourcing capabilities with a track record of building talent pipelines and reducing agency reliance
- Experience working with ATS platforms such as Workday is an asset
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
