Our client in the non-profit space is hiring for a Recruiter to join their team starting on a 6 week contract. This is an exciting opportunity to come in and support the organization while they grow their team in a short period of time.

This position is starting on an 11 week contract with the potential to extend. This is a full time onsite position located in Scarborough.  

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years experience working in full cycle recruitment in a non profit organization.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to match job requirements and organizational needs
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and streamline the recruitment process
• Conduct interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Oversee job postings, applicant tracking systems, and compliance with recruitment policies

Qualifications: 

• 3-5 years experience working in full cycle recruitment
• Experience recruiting within non profit or social organizations is an asset.
• Strong organization skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work within tight deadlines
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking System
