Our client, a leading organization in the financial services space, is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to support the delivery of high-quality, scalable digital solutions. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead the design and execution of test strategies across complex applications and systems
• You’ll guide teams in implementing automation frameworks and integrating testing into development pipelines
• You’ll analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions to improve quality
• You’ll oversee performance and security testing, ensuring systems meet functional and non-functional requirements
• You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities, risks, and delivery timelines
Skills and Qualifications
• 6 to 9 years of progressive experience in software quality assurance
• Strong experience with automation tools such as Postman, Cypress, and scripting in JavaScript or TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with API testing, microservices, and distributed systems
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as jMeter and testing frameworks like xUnit or nUnit
• Experience working in Agile environments with a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments and modern development practices
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams
