We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Business Analyst to support high‑impact initiatives across our U.S. Operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Special Projects, this role will play a critical part in analyzing complex business challenges, shaping operational solutions, and driving cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a critical thinker, and a proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Position Responsibilities:

Strategic Analysis & Insights

  • Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analyses to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and uncover improvement opportunities.
  • Translate data and operational insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and project teams.
  • Develop models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making.

Project Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support the Director of Special Projects in planning, scoping, and delivering enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, Contact Center, IT, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of project goals.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and validate outcomes.

Process Optimization

  • Lead process mapping, gap analyses, and workflow redesign efforts to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance across business functions.
  • Document business requirements, user stories, and standard operating procedures.
  • Recommend technology or process solutions that streamline operations and support organizational growth.

Execution & Change Management

  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and communication strategies.
  • Support change management activities, including training materials, stakeholder communications, and readiness assessments.
  • Monitor key metrics and outcomes to ensure project success and sustainability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 5–7+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, operations analysis, or project management.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Expertise in Excel, Power BI, and process analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting operations within a multi-location organization.
  • Experience developing business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Background working in Special Projects, Strategic Initiatives, or Transformation teams.

$73,350.00 USD - $122,250.00 USD
