Location: On-site, 5 days per week, occasional travel to Toronto required

Duration: 3-month contract, with potential for extension or permanent

Our client, a growing organization in the private sector, is seeking an IT Analyst who is passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficiency, reliability, and growth. Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll serve as the first point of contact for IT support, delivering timely and customer-focused resolution to technical issues
  • In this role, you’ll partner with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into system and process improvements
  • You’ll administer and support business applications including Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM, and SharePoint
  • You’ll manage user onboarding and offboarding, including access, configurations, and documentation
  • You’ll collaborate with external vendors and managed service providers to support infrastructure and technology initiatives
  • You’ll contribute to reporting, automation, and system optimization efforts to improve efficiency and data integrity

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in IT support, systems administration, or business systems analysis
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Azure AD, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or HRIS systems, with exposure to Power BI, SQL, or Excel for reporting
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and deliver practical solutions
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and translate technical concepts clearly
  • High attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy, documentation, and continuous improvement
