Your Responsibilities
- You’ll serve as the first point of contact for IT support, delivering timely and customer-focused resolution to technical issues
- In this role, you’ll partner with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into system and process improvements
- You’ll administer and support business applications including Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM, and SharePoint
- You’ll manage user onboarding and offboarding, including access, configurations, and documentation
- You’ll collaborate with external vendors and managed service providers to support infrastructure and technology initiatives
- You’ll contribute to reporting, automation, and system optimization efforts to improve efficiency and data integrity
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive experience in IT support, systems administration, or business systems analysis
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Azure AD, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or HRIS systems, with exposure to Power BI, SQL, or Excel for reporting
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and deliver practical solutions
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and translate technical concepts clearly
- High attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy, documentation, and continuous improvement
