Accounts Receivable and Financial Reporting Analyst
Location: Markham, Ontario (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll manage accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency, both electronically and manually
- You’ll analyze and reconcile accounts receivable across a complex portfolio, including commissions, premium receivables, and intercompany balances
- You’ll identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner to support accurate financial reporting
- You’ll maintain the general ledger and support timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- You’ll review AR aging reports, following up with brokers and supporting credit control activities
- You’ll prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- You’ll assist with audits, actuarial requests, and broker onboarding processes
- You’ll support ongoing system improvements and provide backup during reporting cycle
Skills and Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or accounts receivable roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices
- Ability to collaborate across teams, including finance and IT
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
