Agilus is recruiting for several Call Center Agents in the Private Sector in Ottawa, Ontario.
In this role, you will assist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding relocation policies, resolve inquiries, and provide excellent service by identifying needs, researching solutions, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will:
Identify customers’ needs, understand and clarify the information
Collaborate with your team and other team members to solve problems and share knowledge
Research every issue to provide solutions
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
Receive phone calls, emails, and online chat requests, providing answers about the relocation policy to our customers
Requirements:
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
Must be Bilingual
Must be eligible or currently hold a valid reliability security clearance
Previous experience in a customer support role through a contact center preferred
Strong phone and verbal communication skills
