About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a junior accounting professional to join a growing organization in the real estate and property management space. With continued expansion across multiple entities, the finance team is scaling to support increasing transaction volume and complexity. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day operations that keep the business running smoothly.
Working closely with senior accounting team members and reporting into the Controller, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to a high-volume, multi-entity structure, giving you the chance to build strong foundational skills while contributing to meaningful financial processes.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll support high-volume bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and entities
- In this role, you’ll process customer payments, adjustments, and account transactions with accuracy
- You’ll assist with month-end close, including preparing journal entries and supporting schedules
- You’ll maintain financial data integrity through consistent transaction processing and documentation
- You’ll collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support account accuracy
Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of accounting experience or strong internship/co-op exposure
- Foundational knowledge of bank reconciliations, journal entries, and AR/AP processes
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with accounting systems or ERPs
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks
- Strong work ethic, organization, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to multi-entity or property management environments is an asset
