About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established Canadian retail organization, is seeking a Program Lead to support key initiatives across dealer recruitment, selection, and training. This role plays a central part in ensuring projects are well-coordinated, clearly communicated, and successfully executed across multiple teams.
You will work closely with senior leadership, including an Assistant Vice President, as well as cross-functional partners in talent acquisition and training. This is a highly collaborative, people-focused role where your ability to bring structure to ideas and translate them into clear, actionable plans will have a direct impact on business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll lead the coordination and execution of multiple initiatives, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables stay on track
- You’ll build and deliver executive-level presentations that clearly communicate progress, insights, and next steps
- You’ll act as a central point of contact across teams, aligning stakeholders and facilitating effective communication
- You’ll support planning and tracking of projects using tools such as Excel and SharePoint
- You’ll facilitate meetings, identify risks, and proactively propose solutions to keep initiatives moving forward
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or a similar corporate role
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear, cohesive, and executive-ready presentations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing without authority
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint

Our typical hiring range is between $80,000-85,000 annually. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements
