About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale finance transformation within a complex, fast-moving organization in the broader corporate or public sector space. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the early stages of a high-impact initiative, helping shape how finance processes evolve to support future growth and efficiency.
Working closely with finance leaders and cross-functional partners, you will help bring structure to ambiguity, ensuring the project is set up for success from day one. Your work will directly support better decision-making, improved workflows, and stronger collaboration across teams.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll support the development of project workplans, timelines, and key dependencies during the start-up phase
- You’ll establish and maintain project trackers, logs, and reporting tools to keep work organized and visible
- You’ll track risks, issues, actions, and decisions to support effective project governance
- You’ll assist in documenting current finance processes and identifying gaps or inefficiencies
- You’ll coordinate cross-functional inputs and help prepare materials for leadership updates
- You’ll support workshops and working sessions, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, transformation support, or process improvement
- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with high attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach
