Your Responsibilities
- You’ll participate in the design and delivery of security solutions aligned with business, operational, and technical requirements.
- In this role, you’ll assess technology solutions for compliance with organizational cyber security standards.
- You’ll work with project teams to identify and mitigate cyber risks, applying threat modeling and risk reporting techniques.
- You’ll research and monitor emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending tools that enhance productivity and security.
- You’ll contribute to the development of cyber security solution architecture processes, standards, and templates.
- You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to support evolving business and operational needs.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience in IT, including 5+ years in solutions architecture and cyber assessment programs.
- University degree or college diploma in computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience developing and applying security policies and technical standards.
- Strong knowledge of architecture and design techniques, including object-oriented and component-based design.
- Experience securing Microsoft Azure environments with AI tools such as AI Foundry, Fabric, GitHub Copilot, and Databricks.
- Work experience with Banking/financial industry is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Canadian financial market infrastructures and cyber security frameworks like NIST 800.53 or ISO 27001/27002 is an asset.
- Work experience with SAP ERP is an asset
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
