About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established organization within the customer experience and contact services space, is seeking a Manager, Infrastructure & Security to lead the performance, protection, and evolution of their IT environment. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape how infrastructure and security strategies support business growth and operational resilience.
Working closely with IT leadership and cross-functional teams, you will guide a skilled technical team while driving initiatives that enhance system reliability, strengthen security posture, and ensure compliance. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead the design, optimization, and management of both on-premise and cloud infrastructure environments
• You’ll oversee security protocols, ensuring systems, networks, and data are protected against evolving threats
• You’ll guide and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance
• You’ll drive initiatives related to disaster recovery, business continuity, and system reliability
• You’ll partner with internal stakeholders to align infrastructure and security strategies with business goals
• You’ll oversee monitoring, incident response, and risk mitigation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and security leadership roles
• Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, as well as virtualization technologies
• Strong experience managing on-premise environments including servers, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
• Deep understanding of security frameworks, firewalls, VPNs, and threat detection practices
• Experience with compliance standards such as PCI, HIPAA, or SOC frameworks
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and project management skills
