About the Opportunity

Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules for residents and clinical staff across multiple rotations, ensuring smooth operations.
- Act as a liaison between the educational program and the clinical team, updating and communicating schedules.
- Manage scheduling using Excel and oversee daily updates to ensure accuracy.
- Provide guidance and support to residents and staff, helping them navigate their schedules.
- Collaborate with the broader administrative team to maintain efficient operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative experience, supporting multiple professionals simultaneously.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort managing complex schedules.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative.
