About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive business decisions? In this role, you’ll join a dynamic Integrated Planning Management and Merch Analytics team in a leading retail organization, working closely with Merchandise Planning Managers, Category Business Planners, and cross-functional teams including Forecasting, Replenishment, Digital, Promotions, and IT. Your work will help shape the way data is leveraged to improve Integrated Planning processes and elevate decision-making across the organization.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll manage and transform complex data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights.
- You’ll develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that simplify complex data for business users.
- You’ll troubleshoot technical issues with an entrepreneurial mindset, providing scalable solutions.
- You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance Integrated Planning tools and processes.
- You’ll lead ad-hoc projects leveraging multiple data sources to support business objectives.
- You’ll proactively identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and support key business decisions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in the data domain, with exposure to merchandise planning or operations management.
- B.S. in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, and database systems.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to balance technical expertise and business acumen.
- Experience with cloud databases (GCP, Azure, Snowflake) and tools like Knime or Microsoft Access is an asset.

Our typical hiring range is between $70,000 and $80,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements
