Your Responsibilities
You’ll manage patient referrals, registrations, and discharges using Meditech
You’ll coordinate and confirm appointments while maintaining accurate clinic schedules
You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff to ensure seamless clinic operations
You’ll organize and maintain patient charts, ensuring accuracy in both digital and physical records
You’ll provide professional front-desk support, including reception and telephone services
You’ll liaise with external partners to complete referrals and required documentation
You’ll support administrative functions such as supply management, payment processing, and database maintenance
Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of medical office administration experience in a clinical setting
Completion of a recognized post-secondary Medical Office Administration program or equivalent
Proficiency with Meditech or Accuro systems is strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of medical terminology
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
