Your Responsibilities
- You’ll respond to inbound customer calls and emails, handling inquiries related to shipment tracking, delivery updates, and service requests
- You’ll coordinate internally with various departments to resolve issues and ensure timely, accurate responses
- You’ll manage administrative updates such as address changes, pickup requests, and shipment rerouting
- You’ll use AS400 to track shipments, investigate discrepancies, and support operational workflows
- You’ll maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service within transportation or logistics
- Hands-on experience with AS400, with the ability to navigate multiple modules
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle high-volume calls professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, including working with data and spreadsheets
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in challenging or high-pressure situations
