About the Opportunity

As an SAP Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping how data, pricing, and promotions come together to create seamless and personalized customer experiences. You will support critical SAP modules including CAR, PMR, and OPPS, helping the business make smarter, faster decisions.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across business and technology, translating real-world challenges into scalable SAP solutions. Your work will directly impact inventory management, pricing strategies, and customer engagement, contributing to a more connected and efficient operation.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll configure and implement SAP modules including CAR, PMR, UDF, OPP, and OPPS to meet evolving business needs
- In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- You’ll lead system testing efforts, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- You’ll analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and automation
- You’ll provide ongoing support and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal system performance
- You’ll collaborate with technical teams and support change management initiatives for successful adoption
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst or in a similar role
- Experience with SAP CAR, PMR, OPP, OPPS, and external integrations such as IDocs
- Strong understanding of retail or consumer goods environments
- Experience with SAP SLT replication and large-scale transformation programs
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and IT service management practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
