About the Opportunity
Our client, a large and complex public sector institution, is undertaking a major ERP optimization initiative focused on modernizing its PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and Human Capital Management environments. This role sits at the heart of that transformation, helping to simplify systems, improve data quality, and reduce technical debt while enabling long-term sustainability.
As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, HR, and academic stakeholders to reimagine how systems and processes work together. Your work will directly support a shift toward standardized, scalable solutions aligned with industry best practices, creating a more efficient and future-ready environment.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll assess current PeopleSoft environments, identifying inefficiencies, customizations, and opportunities for optimization
• You’ll lead de-customization efforts, conducting impact analysis and guiding transition strategies toward delivered functionality
• You’ll partner with business stakeholders to redesign and standardize processes aligned with system capabilities
• You’ll evaluate data quality, supporting clean-up initiatives and recommending sustainable governance practices
• You’ll collaborate with technical teams on configuration changes, integrations, and system enhancements
• You’ll support testing activities including SIT and UAT, ensuring solutions meet functional requirements
• You’ll document requirements, develop specifications, and create process flows, wireframes, and technical documentation
Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of progressive experience working with PeopleSoft, including Campus Solutions and HCM
• Strong expertise in ERP optimization, de-customization, and system rationalization initiatives
• Proven experience in business process redesign and standardization within complex environments
• Deep understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, including PeopleTools, integrations, and data structures
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or modernization initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
• Experience in post-secondary or public sector environments is strongly preferred
