About the Opportunity
Altis Recruitment is partnering with a respected organization to support their public sector team with an Office Assistant. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role where confidentiality, organization, and strong administrative skills are essential.
You will play a key role in supporting board and committee operations, ensuring materials are prepared accurately and on time, and that documentation is managed with a high level of professionalism.

Your Responsibilities
- You will provide confidential administrative support to the Board Secretariat team.
- You will prepare Board and Committee agendas, including compiling supporting documentation and electronic files.
- You will attend committee meetings and record accurate minutes as required.
- You will process, prepare, and draft routine correspondence and reports.
- You will format and finalize documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- You will manage and organize documentation using an online document management system.
- You will prioritize multiple deadlines and ensure timely delivery of materials in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive deliverables.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
- Experience using an online document management system.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with document formatting and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter while managing competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism when handling confidential information.
