Your Responsibilities
- You’ll lead the development and evolution of a cloud-native 911 call handling product
- In this role, you’ll define product requirements aligned with NENA standards and customer needs
- You’ll manage the full product lifecycle, from roadmap planning to delivery and iteration
- You’ll engage directly with customers to gather insights and translate them into actionable features
- You’ll track project progress, mitigate risks, and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders
- You’ll prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and business value
- You’ll ensure compliance with ISO standards and support cross-functional teams in delivery and deployment
Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing the lifecycle of complex software products
- Strong expertise in NENA 911 standards, including i2 and i3 specifications
- Experience delivering solutions within Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs)
- Proven ability to lead cloud-native product initiatives
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools and familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
