Your Responsibilities
- You’ll act as a key point of contact, responding to inquiries and supporting day-to-day team operations
- You’ll prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation materials to support internal and external communications
- You’ll coordinate information flow by liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners
- You’ll manage records and maintain SharePoint systems, ensuring file structures and access permissions are accurate and compliant
- You’ll support financial processes by reviewing and submitting invoices and requisitions for processing
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in a professional or regulatory environment
- Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Webex
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven ability to communicate clearly, maintain confidentiality, and solve problems effectively
