Your Responsibilities
• You’ll provide professional, bilingual phone support, assisting users in both English and French
• In this role, you’ll guide users through MFA setup and mobile authenticator app configuration
• You’ll troubleshoot login issues, device compatibility concerns, and access challenges
• You’ll verify user identity and ensure all interactions follow established security protocols
• You’ll escalate more complex technical issues to senior support teams when needed
Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ years of IT support experience with MFA
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices, including iOS and Android platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 accounts or authentication tools is an asset
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to following structured processes and security standards
