Total rewards: $120000.00 - $130000.00 annually Immediate permanent opportunity Eligible for comprehensive benefits after 3 months Eligible to participate in RSP program after 1 year 3 weeks vacation Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm In-office work model within recently renovated, state of the art facility Excellent corporate culture that recognizes and celebrates team members throughout the year Free parking on site A typical day: Prepare and present regular management reporting and financial insights to senior leadership Lead the transition of traditional reporting packages into interactive Power BI dashboards Manage monthly bank loan draws for active developments, including coordination with project monitors. Develop and maintain detailed project proformas and cash flow forecasts for current and future developments. Support land acquisition, sales, financing, and investment activities through financial modeling and analysis. Prepare financial materials for credit applications, lender reporting, partners, and potential investors. Oversee CORRA renewals and ensure ongoing compliance. Support corporate-level cash flow forecasting and monitoring. Collaborate cross-functionally to update project budgets and implement revisions within the ERP system. You bring: 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the real estate development industry of Big 4 University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Demonstrated experience building analytical dashboards using SQL (data modeling, query optimization) and Power BI (DAX, data visualization, and report development). Proficiency with Excel CPA, CFA, or CAIA designation (or in progress) is an asset.
