About the Opportunity

Partnering with a well-established organization, you’ll work closely with field teams, designers, technicians, and operations leaders to bring high-impact security projects to life. From hospitals and police facilities to large-scale infrastructure environments, your work will directly support spaces where reliability and safety matter most.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll manage security technology projects from estimation through close-out, overseeing contracts, schedules, budgets, labour, and materials
- You’ll prepare detailed project estimates, manage change orders, and support tender submissions
- You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, consultants, contractors, and end users
- You’ll oversee billing documentation, track financial performance, and support timely payment
- You’ll coordinate project documentation, including manuals, reports, analytics, and as-built drawings
- You’ll collaborate closely with operations leadership, field teams, and office support to meet performance targets
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management and estimating experience in construction or electrical technologies
- Hands-on knowledge of security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Procore and Accubid is considered an asset
- Trades qualification or Electrical TQ is an asset
