About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established non-profit organization in the child and youth services sector, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a senior executive leader. This role plays a critical part in enabling strategic priorities that directly impact children, youth, and families across Ontario. You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination, governance, and delivery of key initiatives.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll act as a strategic partner to the executive, managing complex calendars, priorities, and information flow
- In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end project coordination, tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables across teams
- You’ll prepare executive-level materials including briefings, reports, and presentations to support decision-making
- You’ll coordinate governance activities, including board and committee meetings, agendas, and action tracking
- You’ll oversee financial and administrative processes such as expense tracking, procurement coordination, and contract routing
- You’ll drive proactive communication and ensure alignment across stakeholders on key initiatives
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience, ideally within healthcare, non-profits, or multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong project management capabilities with experience using tools such as Asana, MS Planner, or Smartsheet
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel for data tracking and reporting
- Experience supporting financial processes, budgets, or procurement activities
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgement
