Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a polished and personable Receptionist to join their team on a short-term contract basis. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests with warmth, professionalism and confidence
• In this role, you’ll answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
• You’ll manage front-desk inquiries and provide accurate information to clients, employee, and visitors
• You’ll support the team with data entry, filing, and document management to keep operations running smoothly
• You’ll assist with general administrative and office support tasks as needed throughout the day
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of customer service, reception or administrative experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A professional and approachable front-desk presence
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• A team-first mindset and willingness to support a variety of office functions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
