As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how healthcare professionals are registered and tracked across Canada. You’ll work in a dynamic, regulated environment, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to analyze processes, define system enhancements, and support operational excellence. Your work will have a direct impact on the efficiency and integrity of national registration operations.
In this role, you’ll support both feature development and operational documentation, helping to ensure systems run smoothly while meeting regulatory and stakeholder requirements. Your Responsibilities
- You’ll lead requirements gathering and documentation for new system features and enhancements, translating business needs into clear technical specifications.
- In this role, you’ll maintain and update operational documentation, including workflows, logs, and manuals.
- You’ll analyze system integrations and APIs, ensuring data accuracy and traceability across processes.
- You’ll support reporting initiatives for leadership and regulatory stakeholders, producing structured analyses and executive-facing summaries.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-7 years of business analysis experience in complex enterprise environments, with strong requirements gathering and process documentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience with system integrations, APIs, and operationalizing support processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with government-funded projects, healthcare, education, or regulated professional environments is a strong asset.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools, MS Office, Teams, Visio, and reporting definitions.
- CBAP, PMP, Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe), Prince2, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma certifications an asset.
