Hands-On EHS Site Administrator – Build Your Safety Career in a Calgary Project Environment
Agilus is recruiting for an EHS Site Administrator in the Oil and Gas industry in Calgary, Alberta.
This Calgary-based EHS Site Administrator role supports a busy project safety team by owning the administrative and documentation side of health, safety, and environment activities. Working closely with EHS Coordinators, this position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, professional writing, and getting things done. The role offers strong exposure to project environments and is open to both experienced EHS professionals and entry-level candidates actively working toward an EHS designation.
Total rewards:
$50.00 - $52.00 hourly
Competitive hourly pay in the $50–$52 (incorporated) range based on experience; rates adjusted for T4 candidates

Responsibilities:
Support EHS Coordinators with administrative and documentation tasks
Prepare, edit, and maintain professional safety and technical reports
Manage records, forms, and project documentation across digital platforms
Coordinate data entry and tracking in safety management systems
Assist with incident documentation and investigation follow-up
Maintain organized files using SharePoint and document control tools
Communicate effectively with project and safety stakeholders
Provide general administrative support to the site EHS function
Requirements:
Demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills
Show proficiency with MS Office and document management tools
Exhibit professional and technical writing capabilities
Commit to working from the Calgary office a minimum of 3–4 days per week
Pursue or hold an EHS-related designation or diploma
Bring exposure to industrial, construction, or government environments
Show initiative, adaptability, and a hands-on mindset
Offer experience with safety platforms such as ISN, Intelex, or E-Compliance as an asset
