About the Opportunity
Join a growing consumer packaged goods (CPG) team as a Customer Fulfillment Representative, where delivering best-in-class retailer experiences is central to the role. You will own the Retailer/Customer Order Management process, working with cross-functional teams to ensure orders flow smoothly from creation to cash. This is a hands-on position that directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
You will collaborate daily with Logistics, Sales and Marketing, and Finance to resolve issues and improve processes, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager. Your Responsibilities
- You’ll manage customer data and create orders, maintaining a smooth Order to Cash process.
- You’ll process EDI orders, PO changes, and claims, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- In this role, you’ll act as a knowledgeable resource on product, pricing, and availability, supporting retailer inquiries.
- You’ll use web schematics and internal tools to assist retail customers with parts research and order resolution.
- You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance to meet customer needs and resolve complex issues.
- You’ll meet or exceed productivity and service KPIs as defined by management, escalating disputes when required.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in data entry and customer-facing roles within a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Advanced proficiency with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Bilingual English/French is a strong asset.
