About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established organization in the residential property management space, is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Property Administrator to support a high-volume residential portfolio. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across two large communities, supporting both residents and internal teams.

You will work closely with Property Managers and leadership, acting as a central point of contact for residents while keeping operations organized and efficient. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll provide prompt, professional support to residents, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns with care
• You’ll manage resident files and documentation in Yardi, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• You’ll coordinate leasing administration, including applications, agreements, and move-in/move-out processes
• You’ll handle rent collection activities, including processing cheques and following up on outstanding payments
• You’ll support communication efforts by preparing notices and maintaining ongoing resident updates
• You’ll assist with reporting, including leasing activity, vacancy, and financial tracking
• You’ll collaborate with maintenance and leasing teams to support service requests and resident experience

Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of property administration or property management experience
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management systems is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Valid driver’s license required
