About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading public sector healthcare organization, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support capital development initiatives across multiple sites. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping infrastructure that directly impacts patient care, clinical teams, and the broader community.
In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, including clinical leaders, consultants, and government partners. Your work will contribute to the successful delivery of critical healthcare projects, ensuring environments are safe, efficient, and aligned with evolving community needs.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll lead the planning and execution of capital development projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
- In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive alignment across all project phases
- You’ll oversee project governance, including risk management, scheduling, and financial controls
- You’ll support procurement processes, including RFP development, vendor selection, and contract management
- You’ll facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project updates to leadership and committees
Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive project management experience, ideally within healthcare or infrastructure environments
- Post-secondary education in engineering, construction management, or a related field
- PMP certification is considered an asset
- Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and complex stakeholder groups
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management software
