Finance Analyst
Location: GTA, fully remote

Our client, a mission-driven non-profit organization, is seeking a Finance Analyst to support global project initiatives that drive meaningful social impact. This role sits within a collaborative finance team and focuses on ensuring financial integrity across multiple international programs.
In this role, you will work closely with a Finance Portfolio Manager and cross-functional project teams, contributing to financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Your Responsibilities
- You will manage month-end and year-end financial processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
- In this role, you will prepare financial reports for multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with funding requirements
- You will support budgeting and forecasting activities, working closely with project teams
- You will monitor project financial performance, including variance analysis and cash management
- You will assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with internal controls and donor guidelines
Skills and Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate or project accounting
- Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken
- Strong Excel skills, including working with complex data and financial models
- Experience with accounting systems such as Dynamics, Sage, or NetSuite is an asset
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
