Your Responsibilities
- You’ll champion occupier representation by providing conflict-free, tenant-focused advice tailored to their unique needs.
- You’ll manage leasing, sub-leasing, and sales transactions, including industrial and office space searches.
- You’ll deliver strategic market and financial analysis to support lease decisions and portfolio strategies.
- You’ll proactively develop new client relationships and maintain strong partnerships to grow your business pipeline.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years in a sales or business development role, ideally with a consultative approach and strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage 6–8 decision makers daily and book multiple meetings weekly.
- Interest in commercial real estate with willingness to pursue licensing within 6–12 months.
- Comfortable working full-time onsite, managing a 40-hour work week with flexibility to build your client base.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, for lead management and client tracking.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to professional growth in a competitive environment.
