About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading organization in the industrial and engineering space undergoing a major transformation initiative. This role will play a critical part in replacing a long-standing, highly customized engineering controls system with a new solution, while integrating with existing ERP infrastructure. The environment is complex, evolving, and highly collaborative, making this an opportunity to drive meaningful change at scale.
You will work closely with engineering, procurement, sales, and IT stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes. With change management still in its early stages within the organization, your expertise will help shape frameworks, influence stakeholders, and ensure that end-user voices are heard throughout the transformation journey.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead change management activities for a complex system transformation, ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
• You’ll develop and deliver clear, tailored communications that translate technical concepts into meaningful messaging
• You’ll partner with project teams and IT leadership to support adoption strategies and readiness planning
• You’ll gather and elevate end-user feedback, ensuring concerns are addressed and incorporated into project decisions
• You’ll support training and communication efforts, including drafting updates and enabling stakeholder engagement
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in change management within complex, cross-functional environments
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both executive and operational audiences
• Experience supporting ERP or large-scale system implementations
• Experience in engineering and / or oil & gas environments
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and build structure in less mature change environments
• Strong listening skills, with a proactive and personable approach to stakeholder engagement
