About the Opportunity
Altis Recruitment is partnering with a growing organization in the retail and automotive sector to hire a Bilingual Business Support Analyst. This role is central to supporting business operations, marketing initiatives, and expansion into French-speaking markets, ensuring consistency and quality across all communications and processes.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and frontline staff, you will act as a key liaison for bilingual initiatives. Your work will help drive operational efficiency and support a seamless experience for both internal teams and customers as the organization continues to scale.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll develop and manage an intake process for bilingual requests from cross-functional teams.
- In this role, you’ll collaborate with translation partners to support internal communications, SOPs, and operational documentation.
- You’ll act as a liaison between French-speaking staff, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and support business needs.
- You’ll translate and adapt marketing communications for commercial customers and retail staff.
- You’ll review and validate bilingual content across marketing materials, digital platforms, and social media channels.
- You’ll support bilingual reporting and contribute to cross-functional project initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a business support, operations, or coordination role within a retail or similar environment.
- Fully bilingual in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to support reporting and business insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems and tools.
- Familiarity with retail, marketing, or automotive environments is considered an asset.
