New 6-month contract open in downtown Calgary - HR Coordinator, full time! Agilus is recruiting for a Human Resources Coordinator in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta. We're actively working with our client to hire an HR Coordinator to join their HR team. This person will be working in a high-volume environment answering calls and questions internally about HR related programs. What's in it for you: $30.00 - $32.00 hourly Location: downtown Calgary Hybrid work model (3 days in-office) 6-month contract with chance of extension Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm Responsibilities: First point of contact for HR-related inquiries (employees, retirees, vendors) Manage inbound calls and ServiceNow cases including facilitation and coordination with the team Handle 15–20 cases per day (mix of phone + system-based inquiries) Providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, pension, and compensation Customer service Work closely with HR Partners Updating SAP and Workday Requirements: 2+ years of experience in human resources Experience with ServiceNow, Workday, and SAP Experience with a high-volume environment Comfortable navigating large volumes of data and documentation Quick learner Excellent communication skills This posting is for an active opening.
