Your Responsibilities
- You’ll lead business analysis activities, gathering and documenting requirements to support effective I and IT solutions
- In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications
- You’ll develop process maps, data models, and use cases to support project delivery and decision-making
- You’ll contribute to project planning, procurement documentation, and business case development
- You’ll monitor progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis within complex I and IT environments
- Demonstrated expertise in business process mapping, data modeling, and requirements documentation
- Strong experience working with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with public sector environments and AODA standards is considered an asset
