Your Responsibilities
- You’ll serve as the first point of contact, greeting guests and employees while managing visitor access and security protocols
- You’ll manage incoming calls and inquiries, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- You’ll coordinate on-site meetings and events, including room setup, vendor coordination, and supply management
- You’ll respond to workplace requests related to facilities, maintenance, and general office services
- You’ll maintain organization and efficiency at the front desk and shared spaces
- You’ll liaise with vendors and service providers to support daily workplace operations
Skills and Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, front desk coordination, or office administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service-first mindset
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A professional, friendly, and proactive approach with the ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent required
